Senior Actuarial Analyst

We’re seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to play a key role in advancing our actuarial and financial analytics capabilities. You’ll lead complex analyses that inform pricing, reserving, and strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll lead actuarial analyses related to pricing, reserving, forecasting, product development, and experience studies. Develop and enhance complex financial models and tools to drive decision-making across finance, product, and operations. Perform deep-dive analyses to understand cost drivers, trends, and risks and present findings to cross-functional leaders. Mentor and review the work of junior actuarial analysts; contribute to actuarial memoranda, regulatory filings, and executive-level reporting. You will collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams to improve access to and quality of data and ensure models, assumptions, and methodologies are well-documented, tested, and continuously improved.
