Role Description:
- Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight
- Improve clinical outcomes for pregnant people and newborns.
- Actively participate in on-call schedules including overnight and on weekends
Requirements:
- Must have active compact RN license and licensed to practice as an APP in Texas
- A minimum of 4 years obstetrics experience as an APP, including treating high-risk patients, as well as some experience caring for infants
- Experience using data to drive patient engagement, activation, and outcomes
Education and training:
- NP or CNM with significant experience in obstetrics and some experience in infant care
- Active APP license and willingness to obtain licenses in all US states
- Ability to provide care in Spanish
