Role Description:
- Provide and facilitate amazing patient-centered clinical care to our patients.
- Work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and a single weekday shift.
- Rotating holiday commitment, alternating between summer and winter holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessment of new patients.
- Reducing care gaps by frequent engagements with patient.
- Assessing the need for and educating patients on the equipment.
Who you are:
- Registered Nurse, with a minimum BSN, residing in a compact state.
- Have 4+ years experience in a hospital and/or healthcare practice.
- Flexible and agile thinker who embraces change.
