Airbnb is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Agent Core Products team under Community Support Engineering.
The team builds core software that empowers global support agents, directly impacting customer service quality.

What You'll Do:

Work cross-functionally to execute on product and business strategy.
Lead full development cycles: design, development, testing, and launch.
Design and implement server-side APIs and frontend components.

Your Expertise:

6+ years industry experience with architecture and end-to-end feature ownership.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Java/Kotlin.
Product mindset and strong communication skills.
