About the Role:
- The Cresta AI Receptionist redefines how businesses engage with customers with natural, intelligent AI-powered voice experiences.
- You'll build web applications that power the AI Receptionist experience for enterprise customers.
- You'll work closely with Product, Design, AI/ML, and Platform teams to create intuitive interfaces.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define and deliver new capabilities.
- Design and build modern, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Create intuitive user experiences for configuring conversational AI and managing deployments.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
- Deep expertise with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building complex, production-scale web applications with exceptional user experiences.
