Job Description
Bundle is a B2B SaaS professional skills training service located in New York, USA with a remote team across all US time zones. The Technical/Engineering Lead will focus on HOW the work gets done, writing, reviewing, and deploying code periodically, while ensuring the processes and practices to produce the code are best-in-class. This role involves partnering with product to do technical feasibility reviews, evaluating sprint tickets, peer-reviewing contract engineers’ code, and overseeing the CI/CD pipeline. The role also provides tier 2/3 triage support, defines incident management playbooks, and addresses environment and engineering tooling issues. Furthermore, they will act as a partner with the product lead to understand the corporate strategy and goals, craft implementation plans, and provide mentorship to the contract engineering team. Key initiatives include conducting infrastructure and application assessments, developing QA strategies, evaluating automation services for engineering efficiency, and influencing the transition to a new core application platform.
