Job Description
This position is 100% Remote and located in Malta or Spain. As a Customer Success Associate, you will establish yourself as an expert and communicator of Swish’s products and services. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day inbound client inquiries over Slack, email, and video conferencing, identifying customer pain points, and proactively reaching out with solutions for clients. You will communicate relevant inquiries and tasks with Swish Trading, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. The role requires availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
