Vice President, Finance

The Vice President of Finance will lead company-wide planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, ensuring visibility into key business and financial drivers. You will design and maintain forward-looking financial and headcount models, scenario planning tools, and dashboards. The role involves continuous improvements in planning accuracy, financial insights, and strategic decision-making. As a business partner to the executive team and departmental leaders, you'll translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and operational KPIs. You will drive alignment between business performance and financial outcomes to support growth and efficiency. This role also requires involvement in IPO readiness.
