Build and scale corporate and business unit finance teams to support operational execution and accurate forecasting cycles.
This role will lead core functions that drive HighLevel’s financial clarity, operational rigor, and future readiness. Reporting to the CFO, you'll oversee Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), business partnership, deal desk, and investor relations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic finance leader and bring deep experience operating in a public company or IPO environment.
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the FP&A tool through maintaining the chart of accounts within the tool, managing the organizational department structure, and acting as a systems administrator for new users. In addition, the role will assist with the support of month-end close activities, along with ensuring data integrity across reporting and systems. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity across all systems and scalability for future growth.
