Job Description
This role will provide application support to our expanding market's operations. Primary duties include identifying, responding to, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Lalamove's applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and satisfactions for users and drivers. Reporting to the local technical team leader, you will collaborate closely with the local engineering and operations teams, as well as HQ engineering teams, to provide support, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the enhancements that drive the overall success of Lalamove's products. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on technical support during and after rollout, help localize and adapt systems, to support regional operations.
You will also coordinate closely with local and HQ engineering teams, troubleshoot technical issues, customize tech tools for local data compliance and optimize workflows, and handle issues involving sensitive data with highest level of integrity. The role also engages in ongoing compliance improvements, actively participates in privacy discussions and engages in post-launch operational support, including monitoring, alerting, and debugging.
