You will be responsible for owning and delivering quarterly goals, leading engineers through ambiguity, and ensuring everyone is supported.
You will support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle by collaborating on ideation, articulating technical constraints, and partnering on decisions.

What We Look For:

You have 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, with experience in designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
You have experience shipping web apps with declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue, and you efficiently use AI to deliver high-quality products daily.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay range per year: £120,000 - £168,000, with equity rewards and monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending.

Work Environment:

Remote-first company, with most roles done from anywhere within the country of employment, and occasional in-person work for some positions.
