What You'll Do:
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, leading engineers through ambiguity.
- Support product development by collaborating with stakeholders and articulating technical constraints.
- Foster a culture of quality by improving code review and design standards.
What We Look For:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with backend systems at scale.
- Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and operating batch processing or asynchronous workloads.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay range in Spain: €86,000 - €122,000 per year.
