What You'll Do:
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, leading engineers through ambiguity.
- Support peers and stakeholders by collaborating with product management, design, and analytics.
- Proactively identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues.
What We Look For:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with backend systems at scale.
- Experience with Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes, and web apps with React or Vue.
- Strong communication skills and ownership of your growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay range of £120,000 - £168,000 per year, plus equity.
