What We Look For:

2.5+ years of experience as a software engineer with backend systems design and proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
Ability to take a simple problem into a solution that interacts with multiple software components and write clear, well-tested code.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay range per year: 259,000 - 379,000 zł, plus equity and monthly stipends.
