We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Language Lead – Malagasy (Madagascar) to join our team. The Language Lead will oversee linguistic tasks, manage quality assurance, and provide mentorship to linguists while ensuring the delivery of high-quality language services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong linguistic background, expertise in the Malagasy language, and the ability to lead projects with a focus on quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include providing expert-level language support for Malagasy projects, ensuring accuracy and contextual relevance, quality assurance, leading Malagasy language projects from start to finish, offering guidance to junior team members, developing and maintaining glossaries, and serving as a point of contact for client queries. Requirements include a degree in Linguistics, 5+ years of experience in translation, and native proficiency in Malagasy.
