Responsibilities:
- Own market growth strategy across priority Medicaid markets, including market selection, expansion sequencing, and partnership approach.
- Partner with executive leadership to align growth strategy with enterprise priorities and care delivery capabilities.
- Lead the evolution of our value proposition for legacy health plan partners and new prospects.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, managed care, consulting, or growth roles.
- Deep Medicaid experience, ideally from a health plan (MCO) environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous problem spaces and create structured, actionable strategies.
