Sr. Product Designer

Peek is looking for a Sr. Product Designer to shape elegant, user-first solutions to complex problems. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives across multiple product areas - advocating for user needs, turning deep insights into experiences people genuinely love, and helping define the future of the tools that empower activity operators worldwide. You’ll work across multiple projects, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable designs - leveraging modern tools, including AI, to move fast and design smart. You will lead end-to-end design for core product areas, both B2B and B2C, defining UX strategy, design approach, and execution. You will translate complex workflows and data into simple, elegant interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design. You will conduct user interviews and usability testing to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities, using those insights to guide design decisions and validate solutions.
