Job Description

The lifecycle team plays a critical role in growing 1Password's business, working collaboratively across departments to ideate, develop, and implement customer journeys. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will define lifecycle marketing strategy, contributing to go-to-market planning and customer journey mapping. Continuously refine segmentation strategies to deliver personalized communications based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage. You will develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth, partnering with Product and Customer Success to incorporate user feedback and product adoption insights. Manage lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, deployment, and optimization across multiple channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define segment strategies and orchestrate integrated campaigns with reporting frameworks. Optimize performance across the customer journey using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms. The role involves experimentation to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics, and leveraging the chatbot, Drift, to serve content and drive conversion.
