Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

• You will lead the migration from on-premise data centers to a modern multi-cloud platform, doing hands-on work across network, compute, storage, databases, and applications.
• You will use AI to accelerate assessment, migration, and automation, while ensuring reliability and security for behavioral health data.

What You'll Do:

• Migrate on-premise technologies to the cloud across the full stack, implementing multi-cloud solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Establish FinOps, global delivery optimization, SRE discipline, and bake in security, identity, and compliance.
• Automate with Infrastructure-as-Code, partner across teams, and develop the people around you.

What We're Looking For:

• You have experience migrating real on-premise systems to the cloud, multi-cloud strategies, and cloud financial models.
• You know how to engineer for global performance, resiliency, and security, and have established SRE as a discipline.
• You automate with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep and scripting, and have 8+ years in infrastructure and cloud engineering with lead-level scope.
