Oncology RN, Cancer Screening & Prevention Services

Join Color Medical's Virtual Cancer Clinic care team to support cancer screening and prevention efforts! In this role, you will serve as a vital clinical resource for patients on cancer prevention, screening, and early detection. You will also engage with patients via phone, messaging, and video to address their clinical needs, manage symptoms, and coordinate with healthcare providers. Conducting cancer risk assessments and developing prevention plans in coordination with Color Medical physicians is also key. The Oncology RN will triage and manage patients with abnormal screening results to ensure quick follow-up workups, offering compassionate, empathetic care to establish trust with patients. Additionally, the RN should develop clinical protocols, educate patients about cancer risk factors based on guidelines, and stay abreast of best practices in coordination with the rest of the Color Care Team.
