Primary Purpose of the Role:
- Analyze complex general liability claims to determine benefits due.
- Work with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation.
- Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process complex claims, investigating and gathering information.
- Assess liability and resolve claims within evaluation, negotiating settlements.
- Calculate and assign reserves, manage reserve adequacy, and pay benefits.
