Purpose:
- We're looking for a specialist to translate complex cloud topics into clear learning material.
- As Digital Learning Specialist, you build training paths for customers and ensure fast use of the Open Telekom Cloud.
- You work closely with product teams to create onboarding content.
Key accountabilities:
- Create learning paths for customers, partners and sales teams
- Produce tutorials, guides, videos, labs and product explanations for OTC services
- Describe ServiceNow CSM onboarding steps and create content that explains forms
Qualifications:
- Experience in content creation, instructional design or enablement for technical products.
- Ability to simplify cloud concepts and describe them in a clear and structured way.
- Understanding of OTC services or experience with other cloud platforms.
