Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers in person and via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process both new business and renewals for customers.
- Sell and quote new business to both personal and commercial lines clients.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
