The ACCOR Group is overhauling its hotel product distribution system, focusing on an API-based architecture, migration to the cloud, and adoption of best engineering practices. The NGA Offer & Core Capabilities team is looking for a Tech Lead to oversee the evolution of the Offer dept and accelerate the adoption of engineering practices. As Tech Lead, you will play a key role in this transformation, with responsibilities such as implementing the ‘you build it, you manage it’ principle, designing and developing robust technical solutions, guiding the development team on engineering best practices, defining and monitoring code quality and performance metrics, ensuring technical choices are aligned, and participating in agile processes.
