Job Description
The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will focus on expanding Intuitive’s digital portfolio by selling digital products to targeted customers, driving adoption, and ensuring surgeons are trained on the technology. The DSR will act as a liaison, providing surgeon feedback and leads to other teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to provide an easy-to-use solution, driving product use from surgeons and clinical care teams.
Essential duties include consulting with customers to understand needs and managing the complex sales process of Digital Solutions into new & existing hospitals, collaborating with the Capital team. This role also involves developing and executing strategies to maximize Digital solutions adoption in the assigned territory, using data analytics and market intelligence. You'll also partner with Key Account, Clinical, and Capital teams to identify digital solution leads and support product demonstrations and attend surgeries as needed.
