Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full partner activation lifecycle, from prospecting and business case development to first pipeline generation, transitioning mature partners to Partner Managers.
  • Develop scalable onboarding frameworks and capacity plans to maximize market coverage across SecOps, GRC, and Identity Security domains.
  • Design and execute MSSP engagement models to enable partners to build and monetize managed Security & Risk services on the ServiceNow platform.

Thought Leadership & Support:

  • Provide Partner Managers with domain knowledge, competitive positioning, and deal strategy guidance to advance Security & Risk opportunities.
  • Develop thought leadership content such as partner playbooks and executive briefing materials to articulate the value of the security platform.
  • Represent ServiceNow at industry events and security forums to build brand equity and generate demand within the partner ecosystem.

Measures of Success:

  • Growth in partner-sourced Security & Risk pipeline and number of net-new partners recruited and activated in the UKI region.
  • Successful MSSP partner programme launches and managed services pipeline generated from partner engagements.
  • Increase in partner readiness, certifications, and documented customer success stories from partner-led security transformations.
