Outsource Manager

As an Outsourcing Manager, you will play a key role in driving collaboration between CD PROJEKT RED and our external development partners. You’ll ensure that outsourced work - across disciplines such as art, design, engineering, and QA - meets our business standards. You’ll act as the bridge between internal teams and external studios, managing communication, aligning expectations, and overseeing business terms. This role combines project management, vendor relations, and creative coordination - perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments and understands the unique challenges of AAA game co-development. Additionally, you will lead a team of outsourcing specialists, driving excellence in collaboration practices across the studio. You’ll also be responsible for evolving the tools, systems, policies, and procedures that support daily operations within the outsourcing and co-dev area.
