Technical Program Manager, PMO

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to manage and contribute to cross functional initiatives led by the Engineering division of GitLab. As a member of the Research and Development (R&D) organization, you’ll contribute directly to the priorities of the Engineering Division and collaborate closely with the Engineering Leadership team across all levels. This individual will be responsible for leading key cross functional initiatives across the company focused primarily on the Engineering Division. Work will span from small self-led projects to managing larger initiatives that span contributions from nearly every stage of GitLab. Lead 1-3 strategic technical programs across multiple engineering teams and product stages simultaneously. Own end-to-end program planning and execution , from initial scoping through delivery and retrospectives. Drive asynchronous communication using GitLab issues, epics, and handbook documentation to coordinate work across global time zones. Contribute to building TPM best practices by documenting processes in the handbook and improving how R&D programs run.
