Senior Product Design Manager, Stablecoins & Payments

Lead the Consumer Stablecoins & Payments Design Team! Stablecoins & Payments are a core focus for Coinbase and a significant growth pillar for 2025. As the manager of a small team, you will lend your hands-on expertise to all aspects of stablecoins and B2B payments, designing the core experience through which Coinbase delivers stablecoins and payments capabilities to users. We are looking for a designer who understands building great, easy-to-use products for business customers and can balance a crypto-forward perspective with the needs of web2 users. You will partner strategically with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to drive team strategy, product decisions, and roadmap priorities. You should own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from vision, ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production. Also, the ideal candidate will partner closely with our Design Systems team, to create scalable design frameworks and solutions, establish and lead the design function for your product area, and provide mentorship and design feedback to other design team members.
