What You'll Do:
- Build relationships with customers and educate them on their retirement plans.
- Respond to customer inquiries on retirement products such as 401(k), 403(b), 457, 401(a).
- Focus on delivering an outstanding experience through financial advice.

Knowledge and Experience:
- College Degree and 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Or, 3+ years customer service experience with a HS Diploma or GED.
- Experience in the Financial Service industry is a bonus but not required.
