Position Purpose:
- Pivotal role in establishing and nurturing the client experience.
- Answers and routes client support questions via email, phone, CRM, SMS and chat.
- Clients may include plan sponsors, advisors and third party administrators.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and proactive outbound communications to successfully address client needs.
- Use CRM tool to research, respond to, and record support requests.
- Collaborates with Client Success Team on ways to improve Ubiquity’s Client Satisfaction.
