What you'll be doing:

  • Lead day-to-day execution and operational management for Data Exchange and Performance Analyzer teams.
  • Drive sprint delivery, backlog execution, and dependency coordination.
  • Partner with Product, Architecture, and Platform Engineering for scalable solutions.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience leading software engineering teams in agile environments.
  • Strong technical background with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, Angular, and TypeScript.
