Job Description

Role responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing customer outcomes engagement for customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Ensuring customers are technically healthy and using the most recent product versions.
  • Identifying criteria for assisting customers by using Success Plays in the Success Platform.

Qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Having 5+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services.
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis.
