Job Description
The Sales Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting the strategic growth of Shure’s North America eCommerce business. This position is responsible for delivering critical insights, managing key administrative functions, and ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include maintaining sales performance summaries, order confirmation rate summaries, and product weeks of coverage reports. You will also be monitoring product return rates, managing product lifecycle, and reporting on sales promotion campaigns. Must also monitor and root cause product rate and customer sentiment.
