Senior Learning Consultant I US-Remote COGS

As a Senior Learning Consultant within our Strategic Services Consulting team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to create effective communication and training plans to act as an agent of change for the institution, implementing their vision and goals of the Instructure products. Using data analysis of challenges and targeted strategies, you will inspire educators to elevate the teaching and learning within Instructure products. You will mentor and motivate institution leaders, faculty, designers, and staff on all things Canvas, and inspire educators to achieve unparalleled awesomeness with these products. Planning and conducting consulting sessions using appropriate tools as well as creating help documents, course materials and presentations that are specific to the organization are key components of this role. A willingness to tackle any task that supports the customer’s rollout of Canvas, while also following internal procedures, Instructure security and privacy protocols, and institution policies is critical to success.
