Responsibilities:

  • Manage project plans for education interventions like Weitzman ECHO and learning collaboratives, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver within time and budget.
  • Support recruitment and tracking of participants, maintain education data via web-based programs, and assist with onboarding and technical support for learners.
  • Develop presentations for conferences and collaborate on cross-initiative project management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with project support in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database applications, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and travel in and out of state with a current driver’s license.

Communication and Support:

  • Exhibit excellent oral and written skills for interactions with staff, providers, clients, and community partners.
  • Assist with grant writing, operational reports for funders, and content creation for marketing materials like eBlasts and webpages.
  • Maintain confidentiality according to organizational policies and adapt professionally to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment.
