Manage project plans for education interventions like Weitzman ECHO and learning collaboratives, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver within time and budget.
Support recruitment and tracking of participants, maintain education data via web-based programs, and assist with onboarding and technical support for learners.
Develop presentations for conferences and collaborate on cross-initiative project management as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with project support in healthcare.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database applications, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and travel in and out of state with a current driver’s license.

Communication and Support:

Exhibit excellent oral and written skills for interactions with staff, providers, clients, and community partners.
Assist with grant writing, operational reports for funders, and content creation for marketing materials like eBlasts and webpages.
Maintain confidentiality according to organizational policies and adapt professionally to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment.
