Senior Counsel, Ethics & Employment

As Senior Counsel, you will manage vendor transition and Affirm’s whistleblower hotline and regularly prepare critical reports about hotline activity for different audiences. Conduct Ethics investigations fairly and consistently in a timely and professional manner, including preparing clear reports and delivering findings to internal stakeholders. You will oversee and manage Affirm’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, including reviewing, drafting, and adopting policies. You will adhere to privilege protocols and provide pragmatic legal advice and guidance on US employment matters. This includes, but is not limited to, reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence, employee performance, separations, payroll tax, and employee benefits. You'll monitor legal developments and proactively educate key partners and the Employment Legal team.
