Clinical Protocol Development & Innovation:
- Own and lead Midi's clinical protocol development, review, and approval processes, ensuring evidence-based and scalable care.
- Lead a multidisciplinary committee to translate emerging medical research into actionable protocols.
- Streamline protocol development through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
Product & Engineering Partnership:
- Serve as a key clinical partner to design and optimize care delivery with Product and Engineering teams.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve clinical workflows and patient experience.
- Help shape Midi's proprietary AI tools, including Prism, to scale clinical protocols.
Clinical Oversight of Marketing & Medical Content:
- Design and implement a scalable clinical review process to ensure accuracy across marketing materials and content.
- Establish infrastructure for high-volume content production while maintaining clinical consistency.
- Partner with Marketing and Engineering to implement AI-enabled clinical content review systems.
