Business Operations Analyst

Phil is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support our Client Success team with analytics requests that directly impact client outcomes and drive business decisions. This role will focus on solving complex business problems, enabling data-driven decisions, and empowering teams through analytics and data visualization. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will serve as the go-to expert for data needs within Client Success, ensuring accurate data usage and actionable insights. The Business Operations Analyst will support the Client Success team on complex analytics requests impacting client outcomes and Phil’s business goals, serve as the go-to data expert, ensuring the right data fields, structures, and limitations are understood and applied, prioritize and manage incoming requests based on shifting business priorities while enabling teams to self-serve when possible. The role also involves contributing as part of a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business issues from strategy through execution, collaborating with other data professionals skilled in BI, data modeling, and data warehousing to improve analytics capabilities, and championing best practices and serve as a subject matter expert in data modeling, analytics, and visualization.
