Senior Financial Analyst - Metrics/KPI's

This role will directly support the Finance Ops Metrics/KPI team with creating and reporting on KPI’s (i.e. ACV, ARR, NRR, GRR) on a weekly/quarterly/ad-hoc basis that enables the business to drive towards long-term financial objectives. Outputs the team currently supports have audiences that include the CEO, CFO and other senior executives that help inform key business decisions. This role will also work closely with IR/Corp. Dev. to outline key business highlights in SEC filings and Shareholders letters. In this role, you will: Play a critical role on the Finance Ops metrics team by compiling and reporting on high-visibility business KPI’s that are shared throughout the business. Support build of new reporting dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights to business partners across R&D, GTM and G&A. Analyze large scale data in Tableau and Databricks to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy. Assist IR/Corporate Development team during quarter end processes by providing business insights and backup used in earnings scripts and investor decks. Serve as a key point of contact for data-related questions around ACV, ARR and other non-GAAP financial metrics. Enable the business to hit 3-year growth and profitability targets. Partner with the Data & Integrations team to optimize existing code and build new data pipelines/analytics.
