Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple teams to influence cross-technical and business decisions, ensuring alignment between engineering execution and company-wide goals.
- Expand from domain-specific focus to include cross-functional oversight, aligning multiple teams and setting direction at a higher level.
- Continuously evaluate and drive process improvements, integrating innovative best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience.
- Experience with scaling distributed systems and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD).
- Proficiency in Python, Ruby, Node, PHP, .Net, and databases like Postgres, DynamoDB, MySQL.
Location and Salary:
- NYC or remote with telecommuting optional subject to hybrid work policy.
- Salary range: $242,000-$292,000 per year.
