Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy, including investor presentations and roadshows.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors across institutional, strategic, and financial bases.
- Partner with finance to distill complex metrics into clear, compelling narratives for investors.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in a senior leadership role in investor relations, investment banking, or corporate finance at a high-growth tech company.
- Strong financial modeling and storytelling ability.
- Proven track record with venture capital and public equity markets.
