Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Financial Operations Specialists.
- Oversee end-to-end settlement operations across payment networks, including ACH, wire, RTP, and FedNow.
- Manage compliance with banking and financial standards, including NACHA, SOX, and SOC 1/2.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in financial/payment operations with 2+ years managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of payment networks, ledger accounting, and bank reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
