Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the operations team, deciding which functions to develop and setting performance standards.
• Own finance, legal compliance, people operations, and systems as the organization scales.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $165,000–$195,000, adjusted by location factor.
• 25 days paid vacation, public holidays, and time off in lieu for event weekends.
• 14 weeks fully paid parental leave, health/dental/vision coverage, and 401(k) with 10% employer contribution.

Location & Process:

• Fully remote role with preference for US-based candidates; occasional travel for events.
• Hiring process includes application, initial screen, short interview, work test, final interviews, and reference checks.
