- Own Backup Care network strategy, performance, and P&L.
- Scale the Enterprise Operations team and fulfillment experience.
- Drive KPIs and improve member outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years operations leadership, 5+ at VP level.
- Experience scaling distributed provider networks.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional partnership skills.
Benefits:
- Base salary $200,000–$220,000 plus bonuses and incentives.

- Remote-first role with Dallas, TX preference.
