What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage a globally distributed team of Marketing Automation Specialists.
  • Set clear, measurable expectations for performance, quality, and delivery.
  • Partner with the site lead to manage day-to-day operations and resourcing.

Operational Frameworks & Process Design:

  • Own the operating model for the COE, including intake processes and SLAs.
  • Build and enforce QA checkpoints and review standards for all deliverables.
  • Continuously audit and improve processes to increase throughput and reduce error rates.

Individual Contributor Projects:

  • Independently own, drive, and execute select marketing operations projects.
  • Lead audience segmentation strategy, working with Global Growth Marketing.
  • Manage your own priorities without conflicting team leadership obligations.
