Looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help lead and grow engineering efforts focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include designing, building, and optimizing features that drive user growth and engagement. Defining and implementing technical strategies for testing, experimentation, and data-driven product development. Collaborating with product managers to identify growth opportunities and translate them into technical requirements. Mentoring and growing engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous iteration. Contributing to the overall product roadmap and strategy, ensuring growth initiatives align with company goals.
