Translate bold ideas into real-world execution, and execution into measurable business impact. As Product Lead, AI, you’ll work directly with the Founder and senior leadership to shape and scale AI initiatives across a rapidly growing regional platform. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership end-to-end, and has both the technical and operational depth to deliver results. Partner with the CEO and leadership to define and deliver AI initiatives and OKRs. Own end-to-end execution of AI/tech projects — from planning to launch. Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools. Coordinate AI initiatives across multiple departments to maintain clarity and momentum. Take ownership of AI-related projects that don’t have a clear “home.” Lead pilot programs and new initiatives from ideation through execution. Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes to support long-term AI adoption.
