Job Description
As the VP, Corporate & Securities Counsel on the Legal Team, you will be leading Oura’s corporate governance, strategic transactions, and securities compliance functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing corporate, securities, and governance matters
- Leading all aspects of capital markets activity, including IPO readiness
- Leading and negotiating M&A transactions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other corporate development activities.
Skills needed:
- 12+ years of experience with corporate governance, M&A, and securities law
- Expertise in advising on and executing multiple IPOs
- Experience partnering with Boards of Directors and executive teams
