Marketing Virtual Assistant - GoHighLevel & Meta Ads Execution

Role Overview:

• Hands-on marketing execution role supporting multiple client accounts in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
• Work with structured SOPs, checklists, and video walkthroughs alongside an international English-speaking team.
• Fully remote opportunity with exposure to diverse marketing accounts across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage creatives, ad copy, and campaign updates in Meta Ads Manager across client accounts.
• Build, maintain, and edit funnels, workflows, automations, and email/SMS sequences within GoHighLevel.
• Identify inconsistencies, flag issues proactively, and support basic marketing reporting with performance data.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and GoHighLevel, plus Canva or CapCut for creative edits.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow SOPs, naming conventions, and structured processes accurately.
• Good written and spoken English with availability to overlap U.S. business hours from Brazil.
